“We worked with Gina to purchase a home recently in the Lincoln area. She was an absolute pleasure to work with. In total, we looked at 17 different properties across 3 different weeks before finding "the one." Throughout the process, Gina was extremely flexible and accommodating to my wife and my wish lists (which were quite different). She encouraged us to take a look at many different types of properties and to get to know the area better before making the decision to purchase. I never felt pushed or rushed to make a decision which made the whole home buying experience really nice. We did all of this mostly remote through email and texts. Gina would offer to drive and take a look at properties we were really interested in throughout the week and give recommendations based on location, neighborhood, etc. That allowed us to curate a nice set of properties to look at when we would drive up on the weekend. When my wife and I decide to put an offer down, Gina walked us through the whole process. She had some good thoughts on what was a fair offer also recommended us to write a letter with our offer, which I thought really helped us get it accepted. In terms of paperwork, we did most of it over docusign and it was really smooth. When the inspections came back with items to fix, she helped push for the owners to help pay for the repairs. It was clear that Gina had our best interests at heart. I definitely recommend Gina if you're looking to work with a very personable and knowledgeable agent in the Lincoln area. She's awesome.
